ABSTRACT

A field experiment was conducted during kharif, 2017 to study theyield and economics of Sweet corn(Zea mays L.) as influenced by zinc and Iron fortification. Higher yield of sweet corn was resulted with 0.5 % foliar application of ZnSO + 0.2 % FeSO at booting and silking along with RDF (N, P O and K O 180:60:50 kg ha-1) (T) compared to rest of the treatments. Higher gross, net returns and B:C ratio were recorded with 0.5 % foliar application of ZnSO + 0.2 % FeSO at booting and silking along with RDF (N, P O and K O 180:60:50 kg ha-1) (T). Lower yield and economic returns were observed with recommended dose of  fertilizer alone.
